LIFETIME WARRANTY
40+ years of jewelry design and manufacturing in San Dimas, California, Sophia Fiori mission is to craft high quality jewelry with tremendous value. Just because something is “affordable”, does not mean it is “cheap”. When you are buying with Sophia Fiori you can have quality and affordability backed by a lifetime warranty. We are a US based company having both our manufacturing and Customer Service locally, and we proudly stand behind everything we do with integrity.
We are so confident that you are going to love your jewelry, we stand behind it with a 100% EXCHANGE for up to 30 days after purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we will exchange it for something that you will love. Additionally, we give all your purchases a limited Lifetime Warranty.
The shipping cost on all items being sent back to the factory will be paid by the client. Once the item received it will be reviewed by the customer service team to determine if the repair will be covered by the warranty. If item is found to be a factory issue the item will be repaired at no charge and shipped back to client once the repairs have been made.
PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOMIZATION
We want you to have the jewelry of your dreams. From designing unique engagement rings or wedding bands – to a full custom build, we have a 99.9% success rate when we create your dream. This give us such confidence in our custom build process, that if you don’t like it – we don’t want you to have it! Send it back for a rebuild.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
We limit our obligation to the replacement or repair (at our discretion) of any piece that does not comply with normal expectations or which becomes defective in normal use. The lifetime limited warranty includes material and labor, and excludes center stones, and abuse. A limited lifetime warranty, for the lifetime of the original registered owner. Items from Sophia Fiori sold during a sample sale are covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase which are final sales and are therefore excluded from this warranty. Items won in a contest are not eligible for any warranty at discretion of Sophia Fiori. All repairs will have a small handling fee of $100 minimum.
The original Certificate of Authenticity and the sales receipt, must be presented for any warranty service. We will make every effort to repair an item under warranty. If a covered item is deemed by Sophia Fiori to be irreplaceable and cannot be repaired, then Sophia Fiori will issue a gift certificate for the price paid towards a new item. This warranty is effective when repair work and sizing is done by any Sophia Fiori authorized jeweler or service center. This limited warranty cannot be transferred or assigned.
