Jewelry & Loose Diamonds WARRANTY
Sophia Fiori provides a Limited Repair Warranty that covers the item for as long
as customer owns the item. The warranty covers all repairs due to a manufacture
defect. The warranty does not cover the loss or damage of a center stone. The customer
is required to pay shipping and handling in order to ship their item to be serviced.
Once the item has been received into the Service Center a complete inspection will
be provided to determine if the repairs will be covered under the Limited Repair
Warranty. Should there be a charge the Service Center will email the customer an
estimated repair quote and payment instructions. Sophia Fiori accepts checks, money
orders, cashier’s checks or credit cards as form of payment.
REPAIR
POLICY All repairs will be covered under the Limited Repair Warranty
if due to a manufacture defect. Should the item appear to be damaged and does not
fit the requirements for warranty repair service Sophia Fiori will contact the customer
and provide them a repair quote. All repairs performed will be warranted for 30
days against any manufacture defects. Sophia Fiori does not cover the cost of shipping
and handling to the Service Center nor any tax and duty required upon return of
the item.
New Watch WARRANTY All
watches sold will be covered under by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event
service is required please refer to the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
The limited warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects excluding malfunctions
or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence.
REPAIR
POLICY Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty manual for instructions.
Sophia Fiori will facilitate in assisting the customer with sending the watch to
the manufacture to be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Certified Pre-Owned Watch WARRANTY
Sophia Fiori will warranty a certified-preowned watch for 2 years from the date
of the purchase against any manufacture defects only. Also, any customized work
done prior to purchase date will be covered. The warranty will not cover the following.
- Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer
not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care
and special handling provisions in the instructions.
- Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other
components caused by wear or accident.
- Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage
from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch,
broken or damaged components.
REPAIR POLICY All repairs will be subject to a service
fee. Once the watch has been received and sent to be inspected the customer will
be contacted with the repair cost. Below are a list of repairs that are not covered
and will require a service fee. Any item sent for repair service for a manufacture
defect will not require a service fee for 1 year from the original purchase date.
- Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer
